Programme Year One You will take the modules: Digital and Integrated Electronics Design Electrical Circuits and Systems Mathematics 1 and 2 for Electrical Engineers Experimental Skills Electronic Circuits Introduction to Programming in C Intro to Mechatronics Solids and Structures 1 Programme Year Two Signals and Systems Electronic Circuits and Systems Instrumentation and Control Electronic Circuits and Power Systems Field Theory and Partial Differential Equations Dynamic Systems Solid and Structures 2 Digital Electronics and Microprocessor Systems Project, Problem Solving and Industrial Awareness Programme Year Three You study both compulsory Mechatronics and Robotic Systems modules and optional modules chosen from a wide ranging list of advanced topics. Also you must undertake an extended individual project eg the development of electronic traction control for automotive applications using a fuzzy logic controller.
