The Master of Commerce requires the completion of units of study totalling 96 credit points, as follows: 12 credit points in core units of study - one in the first semester of study and one in the final semester of study (capstone); 12 to 36 credit points in foundational units of study; at least one specialisation (24 credit points in advanced units of study) selected from the Commerce areas of specialisation; and any additional specialisation/s, dissertation and/or elective units of study required to make 96 credit points in total (excluding foundational units). To meet requirements for the Marketing specialisation in the Master's degree, you complete five units of study (30 credit points), including: (1) one six credit point foundational unit of study: Marketing Principles. (2) one six credit point compulsory (core) unit of study: Consumer Behaviour. (3) Three elective units of study (18 credit points) selected from the options listed for this specialisation , including: Brand Management Business Marketing Creative Communications in Marketing Customer Analytics and Relationship Management Digital and Social Media Marketing International and Global Marketing Marketing Communications Marketing Strategy Marketing Research Concepts New Product Development Regulating Innovation and Distribution The Psychology of Business Decisions.
